SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please note, larger orders may possibly take
longer. Processing times may vary depending on merchandise availability and/or payment verification and/or discrepancies. Shipping time will vary depending on location. Shipments are based on business days (including express shipping). We do not process or ship orders during the weekends or holidays. Delivery time of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. If you don't receive an email, please email Customer Service for assistance.
US SHIPPING
All of our domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. (During this unprecedented time with COVID-19 all shipment may be delayed). Any other options, like delivery to a Residential Address or need the Signature Required option, will have an additional charge. Please indicate your special requirements on your Order Notes, if any.
You may select expedited shipping services with UPS. Orders will still be processed within 72 hours or more. Shipping time is based on business days. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). A signature is usually (but not always) required during the time of delivery
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
By default, international orders are shipped via
USPS Priority Mail International. USPS priority
mail international will reach destination within
7-14 days depending on your location (During this
unprecedented time with COVID-19 all shipments
will be delayed). Please note, this doesn't
include any delays that can occur due to foreign
customs, weather, etc. Shipping charges are
determined at Checkout. You are responsible for
any duties or taxes imposed by your country's
custom office. Your shipping agent will be able
to provide you with a more detailed information,
including any additional cost that you may incur.
